Village Clubs

A weekly ride out on a weekday evening from Donington on Bain and usually ends up with "refreshments"

A weekend ride also - usually Sunday sometimes road, sometimes mountain bike, but usually over 3hrs duration. We are currently only a handful of members so times and destinations are pretty flexible and decided as a group. New members most welcome from beginner to experienced. Emphasis is on enjoyment, although we do have a timed route for the competitive.

The club is operated by a team of dedicated people who offer their time and knowledge on a purely voluntary basis.Donington on Bain Football Club is located in the Lincolnshire Wolds, an area of outstanding natural beauty, currently playing in the East Lincs Combination Football League Division 2.

Players of 15+ are welcome to attend training on one of the best pitches in the league or our Multi-Use Games Area (MUGA).

A French class for near beginners

If you have a smattering of French and are feeling a bit rusty, then the class is perfect for you

We meet in the relaxed, friendly atmosphere of the ‘Copacabana Club’ (a much glorified outbuilding) at Manor Farm, Goulceby (opposite the turning to Red Hill).

Thursdays 7.30 – 9pm  £10.00 per session

I’ve been a professional singer for over 20 years and am hugely passionate about the
feel good factor of singing and music.

I teach singing and dance to children and adults and am lead vocalist with local band, ‘The Shetland Soul Brothers’.

Whether you would like to improve your singing technique or simply want to feel the buzz of singing with others, join us at Donington on Bain Village Hall between 7.30 and 9 every Friday throughout October (moving to Wednesday from November). See Janey for more details.

Hi, I’m Deborah Hickson and I love teaching Zumba classes. The reason is simple: Every class feels like a party! Come join me and you’ll see what I mean. You don’t even have to know how to dance. Just move your body and follow my lead. It's easy!

We meet every Saturday morning at the Donington on Bain Village Hall between 11 and 12 o’clock. Come try it, I guarantee you will have a blast! I look forward to meeting you!
